DESCRIPTION: The project is main villa consisting of one Basement floor which is intended for parking spaces, services and swimming pool, Ground floor (private residential), First floor (private residential) and Roof floor (services). ECOBUILD worked with the involved stakeholders to maintain all Pearl One Villa Estidama criteria. Optimum walls and roof insulation and low-flow water fixtures were used to reduce domestic water and energy consumption.
